MILTON, Mass.- Curry College scored five second-period goals then held off Johnson & Wales, winning 5-4 and capturing the 2010 ECAC Northeast Tournament Championship.  The Colonels (19-8-1) earned their first conference title since 2005 and will represent the ECAC Northeast in next week’s NCAA Division III Championship.  The Wildcats finished their season at 12-15-1.

CHICOPEE, Mass. – Elms College senior point guard Juan Maldonado (Holyoke, Mass.) scored 21 second-half points to help lift the second-seed Blazers to a 77-66 victory over No. 7 Curry College and advance to the semifinal round of the 2009-10 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III New England Tournament Wednesday at Picknelly Arena.
