BOSTON, Mass. – Sophomore guard Jarrell Jackson (Brockton, Mass.) scored 21 points and dished out five assists while senior guard Mark Mastrullo (Billerica, Mass.) added 18 of his own as the Curry College men’s basketball team advanced to the championship game of the 2010 The Commonwealth Coast Conference Tournament with a 77-67 win over Wentworth.

MILTON, Mass. – Third-seeded Curry College built a 20-point first-half lead, then held off sixth-seeded University of New England, 79-73, in The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) Quarterfinals Tuesday night in Milton. The Colonels (14-12) advance to play at #2 Wentworth in the conference semi-finals on Thursday, February 25 at 7:00 p.m. UNE ends its season at 11-14.

MILTON, Mass. – Sophomore guard Jarrell Jackson (Brockton, MA) scored a season-high 32 points, leading Curry past Endicott, 86-77, in the regular-season finale for both squads Saturday afternoon in Milton. The Colonels improved to 13-12 overall and 10-3 in The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC). The Gulls fell to 12-12 overall and 7-6 in TCCC play.

MILTON, Mass. – Curry College clinched a home playoff game in next week’s The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) Tournament by virtue of its 66-59 win over Roger Williams Wednesday night in Milton. The Colonels (12-12, 9-3 TCCC) will likely be the #3 seed and host a quarterfinal game on February 23 at 7:00 p.m. With the loss, the Hawks fell to 11-13 overall and 3-9 in TCCC play.
