WBB Tripped Up 89-57 By Mount St. Vincent at Cruzin' Classic

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - The Curry College Women's Basketball Team dropped its second game at the Cruzin' Classic, falling to Mount St. Vincent, 89-57. The game was played at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
High scorers for the Colonels were freshman Hailey Rafferty and junior Joneiha Veiga, who each poured in 14 points. Veiga and rookie Julia Scrubb shared team-high honors with seven rebounds apiece.
Curry fell to 3-5 on the season, while Mount St. Vincent improved to 5-4. The Colonels resume play at home on Sunday Jan. 3, taking on Fitchburg State in a 3:00 p.m. contest.
