Eight Colonels Named to TCCC All-Conference Baseball Squad

MILTON, Mass. - Student-athletes from ten different institutions in The Commonwealth Coast Conference were represented on the 2010 All-TCCC Baseball Team, it was announced today by Commissioner Gregg M. Kaye. Voting for the All-TCCC team was conducted among TCCC baseball coaches.
The TCCC First Team included four Curry College student-athletes: junior catcher Brad Hawn (Chino Hills, Calif.), senior designated hitter Tony Luciani (Weymouth, Mass.), senior outfielder Tim Sweeney (Walpole, Mass.) and senior pitcher Cory Moore (Lynn, Mass.).
Colonels' senior outfielder Jesse Bruinsma (Lynnfield, Mass.) was among the second team honorees, while senior first baseman Rick Vail (Lynnfield, Mass.), sophomore second baseman David Stevens (Deerfield Beach, Fla.), and junior outfielder Sean Jackman (Stoughton, Mass.) were all named to the honorable mention squad.
