MILTON, Mass. - With the 2013 fall season behind them, the Curry College Men's Lacrosse team is looking forward to a new year and continued growth. There was a lot of growth and learning in the fall, and it is clear that the team needs to continue to improve every day to reach its goals in the spring. The roster has been largely revamped by a generous amount of freshmen recruits and a couple transfers, giving the Colonels the needed depth at every position.
Asked about replacing last year's roster, Coach Murphy says, "We had a number of great lacrosse players, and more importantly, fantastic young men, who graduated last year. That being said, the coaching staff worked very hard to put together a class of student-athletes that we are confident are the right fit to improve this program."
The focus in 2014 is simple, as Coach Murphy added, "We are going to be a young team this year and will have to remember that youthful mistakes will be made along the way.
