O’Reilly concluded her second season coaching at Curry College in 2018. She comes to Curry with coaching at Nashua South High School and club volleyball at Latitude 42 in Derry, New Hampshire. O’Reilly’s primary role in the program is to work with the setters to make them the best athletes they can be but brings her experience to the whole team.
O’Reilly played volleyball at Rivier University. She was the starting setter for all four years she played. O’Reilly holds the Women’s all-time assist record with 4,568 assists and was a four-time First Team All-GNAC Selection. In 2016, O’Reilly was named an AVCA All-American for her role as a setter and leader. Head Coach Bori May was O’Reilly's setting trainer during the summers and played a huge reason for her success as a collegiate setter.
O’Reilly is now getting her Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Rivier University. O’Reilly’s day job is being a Job Coach for adults with special needs. She hopes to gain experience from her job and eventually open up her own therapy practice.
