Milton, MA - The Conference of New England (CNE) announced their weekly award winners Monday, and two different Curry teams received recognition. 

On the women's hockey side, Goalie Coriann Hoag earned CNE Goalie of the Week, as she provided a clean sheet, saving all 24 shots that came her direction in Saturday's 2-0 win over Lake Forest. The game marked her second effort of the season not allowing a goal, and she has totaled 231 saves across her nine starts in net for the Colonels.  

For women's basketball, Freshman Ella Palanza earned Rookie of the Week honors after playing in three games and averaging a near double-double with 12.7 points and 8 rebounds. She now leads the Colonels in PPG average (9.5) and FG Pct. (39.5%).
