SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Senior striker Ben Silvia (Dartmouth, Mass.) of the Curry Men's Soccer team has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) and ECAC Division III North Offensive Player of the Week. 

Silvia registered five of the six goals Curry scored in its 2-0 week. He opened the week against Framingham State with his first career hat trick. The Colonels trailed 2-0 in that match before Silvia tallied two goals within a minute of each other to tie the game. He went on to score the game-winner in double overtime. Later in the week he registered both goals in Curry's 2-1 conference win over Salve Regina.

The Colonels own a 4-1-1 overall record and are 1-0 in the conference.
