Men's Tennis Blanked 9-0 By Visiting Nichols

MILTON, Mass. – The Curry College Men's Tennis team lost to visiting Nichols College, 9-0, in The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) men's tennis action Thursday afternoon in Milton. With the victory, the Bison improve to 6-4 (3-0 TCCC) while the Colonels fall to 0-4 (0-3 TCCC).
Nichols held a 3-0 lead after the completion of doubles competition, earning points from Tyler Mclaughlin and Stephen Carelle at #1, Isiah Prosper and Daniel Young at #2 and David Drucker and Eliot Wuhrmann at #3.
The Bison went on to win all of the singles matches as well, as Drucker, Carelle, McLaughlin, Young, Prosper and Wuhrmann were straight-set winners for the visitors.
Nichols next plays on April 2, hosting conference rival Gordon for a 11:30 am start. Curry also returns to action on the 2nd, hosting TCCC rival Western New England for a noon start.
