WORCESTER, Mass. - Curry College women's basketball was defeated 57-39 by the Worcester Polytechnic Institute in a non-conference road game Saturday night at Harrington Auditorium.
With the loss, the Colonels fall to an overall record of 2-3 on the season.
Lauren Dunn led all scorers with 24 of the Colonels' 39 points. She shot 9-for-14 from the field and an impressive 4-for-5 from behind the three-point line. Dunn also added four rebounds and two steals. Brooke Kershow was Curry's second-leading scorer with seven points coming off the bench. She also went a perfect 3-for-3 from the free throw line.
Curry College returns to action on Monday, December 2nd, to host New England College. Tip-off occurs at 5 p.m.
