Westfield, MA - The Curry Cross Country team competed in the James Earley Invitational hosted by Westfield State on Saturday.

Blasie Denson paced the men, breaking his own school record for the 8k, finishing in 27:42.18. Taking nearly 30 seconds off his previous best from two weeks ago. His time was good for 30th. Next for the Colonels, in 70th, was Alex Nason at 29:11.95. Just over the 30 minute mark was Linus Kiser at 30:06.22 in 88th.

For the women, Mackenzie Husson led the way with a 5k time of 22:54, good for 94th. Next was Zoe Desmarias at 26:25.29, and then Jayda Davis and Laraaeler Rossow with times of 30:23 and 31:22.

Up Next - The Colonels will compete at Western New England next Saturday.
