Providence, RI - The Curry Women's Volleyball team was defeated on Wednesday by JWU in straight sets, falling 25-11, 25-12, 25-15. The Colonels are now 5-16 on the season, and 0-8 in CNE play, while the Wildcats are 14-8 and 5-4.
The Colonels were led by Meghan Abbott's six kills. The only other player with more than two was Emma Hobart, who had four. Jasmyne Fillippini had eight set assists, while Faith Edgehille led the team with 11 digs.
Up Next - The Colonels will play on Saturday in a tri-match at Smith, also facing Worcester State.
