Ali was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan...is majoring in nursing at Curry...the daughter of Dean and Joanna Olorenshaw...has one younger sister, Jill

Before Curry:
Ali is a 2021 graduate of St. Joseph High School in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan...competed in four years of varsity ice hockey, two years of varsity badminton and track & field, and one year of varsity cross country and swimming for the Guardians...won the city and provincial championships in ice hockey in 2018 and 2019...placed fourth at nationals in 2019...played club hockey for the Saskatoon Stars of the Saskatchewan Female U18 AAA Hockey League
